2025 threw us challenges we hoped we’d never have to face. Still, our team moved with integrity at every turn. Our community stepped up in vital ways, ensuring the work of belonging for all could continue. Over and over again, we saw belonging brought to life in classroom lessons, workplace conversations, and acts of kindness. We navigated and overcame adverse barriers to our work, creating responsive resources to ensure more children feel seen, heard, and valued for all of who they are.

It is because of you—our community of support—that AmazeWorks is still here creating school, organization, and community cultures of belonging. All of our celebrations in this report are also yours.

Thank you for being here with us, supporting us through uncertainty, and understanding that belonging is essential to our wellbeing, not an add-on. Even through hardship, we can create a better world together.
