Jennifer Bratulich

Jennifer Bratulich

Jenni Bratulich is deeply committed to helping individuals and organizations create environments where people feel valued, respected, and connected. As the Director of Advancement at AmazeWorks, she works closely with teams to foster workplace cultures that honor individual identities and experiences. Through facilitation, coaching, and consulting, she helps organizations build awareness, develop meaningful relationships, and take actionable steps toward lasting change. A Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), Jenni especially enjoys working one-on-one with people, guiding them through personal and professional growth with curiosity and care.

In her Development role, Jenni brings over eight years of experience in fundraising, strengthening relationships with individuals and organizations that are passionate about creating spaces where everyone can thrive. With a background in school administration and a degree in Sociocultural Studies, she has spent her career nurturing brave spaces where people can show up fully as themselves. She believes that real transformation happens when people feel safe enough to engage in honest conversations, challenge their own assumptions, and take meaningful action.

Outside of work, Jenni is a mother of three, a yoga instructor, and a trained doula. She finds joy in supporting families through birth, leading restorative movement practices, and building strong communities where people care for one another. Whether she’s working with organizations, guiding a yoga class, or simply being present with loved ones, she is driven by the belief that true connection starts with listening, learning, and showing up with an open heart.
