Last year, we moved as if all things were possible. We engaged with educators on a deeper level to better empower them to bring belonging to life. With anti-bias education facing continuing politicization, we supported schools as they navigated an increasingly hostile climate around topics of race and gender. We continued to meet clients where they were and invested in long-term partners through consulting, assessments, and in depth workshops. 

In 2024, we will work to build our team’s capacity. We will embody our mission by making deeper commitments with schools and organizations that want long-term engagement. We will further invest in our Education programs and invest in cultural transformation for schools and organizations. We will continue to build and nourish our community of support, who made everything in this Annual Report possible.
